We are seeking an experienced n8n Automation Implementer to develop and implement an AI Speed-to-Lead system based on our pre-defined architecture. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with n8n and a strong understanding of AI integration for lead generation. You will be responsible for automating workflows, ensuring seamless data transfer, and optimizing the system for performance. We will get on one kickoff call to walk you through the exact flow, confirm final details, and then move straight into implementation. This is an execution-focused role, not an open-ended architecture or R&D role. TECH STACK (FIXED, NON-NEGOTIABLE): - n8n – Main automation engine - Make.com – Email mailhook ingestion only - RetellAI – Website chatbot (text only) - Email Provider: Yahoo via forwarding - SMS Provider: Third-party VOIP (API/Webhook conditional) You must already have real n8n experience. PROJECT GOAL - Implement a real-time, AI-powered Speed-to-Lead system that: - Instantly replies to inbound non-phone leads - Qualifies leads using AI - Detects sales-ready leads - Sends hot-lead alerts - Runs automated non-phone follow-ups - Sends daily admin summaries 🚫 This project does NOT include: - Phone agents - Outbound calling - Missed-call texting - Calendar scheduling - Admin document automation HOW THE PROJECT WILL RUN 1. Kickoff Walkthrough Call - You are walked through the existing system map - Final edge cases are confirmed No open-ended system design 2. Implementation Phase - You implement the system inside n8n based on the provided blueprint - You follow the defined flow exactly - No architecture changes without approval - Workarounds due to tech limitations are accepted 3. Testing & Handoff - Joint testing - Bug fixes only (workarounds for tech limitations. No scope expansion) - Final delivery WHAT YOU WILL BUILD INSIDE N8N - Lead ingestion via webhooks (email + chatbot) - AI classification using OpenAI - Instant replies (email + chatbot) - Sales-ready detection - Hot lead email alerts - Automated follow-ups (30 min / 24 hr / 48 hr) - Daily lead summary email - Google Sheet lead logging - Error handling + failure logging FILE & ATTACHMENT REQUIREMENTS Attachments must: - Pass from Make → n8n as binary - Be stored in a defined location - Be linked to the correct lead record No dropped files.
