I’m looking for someone to act as a mystery shopper and call a list of companies on my behalf. The goal is to gather pricing information for common services without revealing that you’re doing market research. Responsibilities: Call a list of companies (numbers will be provided). Ask natural, homeowner-style questions about: Hourly rate for general plumbing work Service call / “show-up” fee Cost of a sewer camera inspection Record the responses accurately in a tracking sheet. Keep the calls brief and casual (like a real customer shopping around). Requirements: Must speak fluent, clear English (no strong accent preferred). Comfortable making phone calls and having natural conversations. Able to accurately write down pricing details. Reliable and discreet — companies should not suspect it’s market research. Deliverables: Completed tracking sheet with responses from each company. Notes on any extra details the company provided (e.g., flat fees, ranges, or special conditions).
