  • What you Will do
  • Coordinate and facilitate client-facing training for software applications, ensuring successful onboarding and adoption.
  • Develop, customize, and maintain training materials, including guides, videos, and reference documents tailored to client workflows.
  • Coordinate engaging training sessions in virtual, in-person, or hybrid formats, adjusting for different user levels and technical backgrounds.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams for all training-related activities and communications.
  • Manage training schedules across multiple client accounts and time zones, ensuring smooth coordination and communication.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Implementation, Support, Production, Customer Success) to align training content with product functionality and client goals.
  • Track and report on training participation, feedback, and user adoption using internal tools.
  • Continuously improve training programs based on participant feedback, system updates, and evolving client needs.
  • Support post-training follow-ups to reinforce learning, address user questions, and promote long-term engagement.
  • Stay up to date with software interface updates and act as a subject matter expert in navigating and explaining system functionality.
  • Requirements
  • What you Will Need to Succeed
  • Municipal experience is considered a strong asset
  • Municipal Finance and/or Accounting experience is an asset for this role
  • Travel to client locations will be required for designated training sessions
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Education, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in client training, onboarding, or technical instruction—preferably in a SaaS or software product environment.
  • Strong understanding of software interfaces and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with a professional and client-centric approach.
  • Experience using virtual meeting tools (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams) and training platforms (e.g., LMS, screen recording software).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in planning and executing training sessions.
  • Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Notion) is an asset.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Product, Support, and Customer Success.
  • Adaptability to evolving product features and comfort with delivering training in dynamic, client-driven settings.
