- This is a union position located at our Calgary MRF.
- Starting Wage: $31.79/hr + $1.50/h for Lead Hand
- Shift: M-F, 7:30-4PM

- I. Job Summary
- Sets-up and operates a wide variety of equipment, especially the 4-wheel loader and the skid steer, and performs work per specifications.
- II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
- Operates equipment in compliance with the company operating procedure.
- Verifies that equipment is in working order, e.g., tooling, safety mechanisms.
- Moves and positions raw materials and finished components with use of material moving equipment.
- May provide assistance and direction to less experienced equipment operators as needed.
- Performs daily maintenance and cleaning activities.

- A. Education and Experience
- 2 years experience: Relevant experience especially with loaders and forklifts.
- B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada with a valid Canadian SIN (social insurance number).
- C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
- None required.
