• This is a union position located at our Calgary MRF.
• Starting Wage: $31.79/hr + $1.50/h for Lead Hand
• Shift: M-F, 7:30-4PM

• I. Job Summary
• Sets-up and operates a wide variety of equipment, especially the 4-wheel loader and the skid steer, and performs work per specifications.

• II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
• Operates equipment in compliance with the company operating procedure.
• Verifies that equipment is in working order, e.g., tooling, safety mechanisms.
• Moves and positions raw materials and finished components with use of material moving equipment.
• May provide assistance and direction to less experienced equipment operators as needed.
• Performs daily maintenance and cleaning activities.

• IV. Qualifications
• The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.

• A. Education and Experience
• 2 years experience: Relevant experience especially with loaders and forklifts.
• B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada with a valid Canadian SIN (social insurance number).
• C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
• None required.
