I’m a licensed Ontario mortgage broker looking for an experienced digital marketing specialist to help me scale my business and consistently generate qualified mortgage leads. What I Need Help With: • Paid Ads Management: • Facebook & Instagram Ads • Google Search & Display Ads • LinkedIn Ads (targeting professionals & investors) • Lead Funnel Setup: • High-converting landing pages for mortgage inquiries (purchase, refinance, new construction, investors, etc.) • Integration with my CRM / lead management system(don’t have a system, need help with this) • Tracking & reporting (so I know my ROI) • Social Media Strategy: • Content creation (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) to build brand authority & trust • Organic engagement to support paid campaigns • Optional but Preferred: • Email/text automation for lead follow-up • Experience with Canadian mortgage industry compliance What I’m Looking For: • Proven experience generating mortgage or real estate leads (please include case studies, results, or examples). • Strong understanding of the Canadian market (audience targeting, keywords, compliance). • Ability to manage the full process from ad to lead delivery. • Clear communication and regular reporting. My Goal: To build a consistent lead pipeline of qualified clients, including first-time buyers, move-up buyers, investors, and refinance clients, across Ontario.
