Hello, I have a 1000 sqm in Kribi , Cameroun. I am wondering if your company can assist in creating a design of a Hotel boutique ( 5 mini villas with a Small pool in each , 1 mini gym , one sauna , one Small terrasse/mini restaurant , parking , a place at the entrance for the sexurity Guy ). Basically I would need the plan, the list off everything that is needed to get the same result as the design. What you guys can provide In terms of assistance for the construction ( material take-off , etc, ) I would like to sell the villas in a condominium concept.
