Support equipment upgrades, improvements, and reliability initiatives.

Maintain accurate maintenance logs and CMMS documentation.

Collaborate with maintenance supervisors, electricians, and operators to maximize uptime.

Qualifications
433A Licensed Industrial Millwright (required)

3+ years maintenance experience in manufacturing, packaging, plastics, printing, extrusion, or other high-speed industrial environments

Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills

Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems

Ability to work independently on Day Shift

Strong safety record and communication skills
