Microsoft Word Formatting Expert (Mac System Required) Job Description: I’m looking for a Microsoft Word expert who works on a Mac system to format professional business documents and templates. You must have advanced experience with Word for Mac (Office 365 or Office 2021) and understand how to maintain consistent formatting, styles, and layouts across long documents. Scope of Work: Format and clean up existing Word documents Apply consistent heading styles, spacing, and indentation. Create and update Tables of Contents, Lists of Figures/Tables. Fix section breaks, pagination, and headers/footers. Format tables, images, captions, and cross-references. Set up reusable templates with company branding (fonts, logo, colors). Ensure output looks identical on Mac and when exported to PDF. Requirements: Must use Mac OS with Word for Mac (not Windows). Deep understanding of styles, section breaks, templates, and TOC automation. Strong attention to detail and typography. Ability to work with feedback and provide revisions.
