About
- Description
- Turn insight into action — lead GTM governance that keeps TELUS on track to win nationwide.
- Our team and what we’ll accomplish together
- The Falcon Program is driving TELUS’ next chapter of growth — connecting communities nationwide and redefining how we bring PureFibre and innovative customer solutions to market. As the Manager of Go-to-Market (GTM) Governance, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that every channel, campaign, and activation performs at its best.
- You’ll work across Falcon Community & Customer Growth to track performance for all GTM streams, surface insights, identify gaps, and help teams recover quickly when targets are at risk. This is the team that keeps our growth engine humming — analytical, collaborative, and laser-focused on results. If you’re passionate about performance, process, and problem-solving, we’d love to have you on board.
- What you’ll do
- Monitor and analyze GTM performance across all channels — including D2C, retail, digital, and community programs — to ensure alignment with strategic targets
- Drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance tracking cadences, providing clear visibility into what’s on track, what’s off track, and what actions are needed
- Collaborate with marketing, channel, and finance partners to validate data, diagnose challenges, and build recovery plans that drive measurable results
- Develop dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting that connect activity to outcomes and enable proactive decision-making
- Partner with regional and national leaders to standardize GTM governance frameworks and performance management practices
- Raise issues early, flagging risks to plan, and help teams pivot with agility to protect revenue and customer growth goals
- Influence channel and campaign strategies by turning performance insights into actionable recommendations that improve speed, efficiency, and impact
- Champion accountability and transparency across the Falcon program, ensuring every team understands how their efforts contribute to national success
- A week in this role is fast-moving and highly collaborative: one day you’re deep in performance data, the next you’re working with channel leads to realign execution or preparing insights for leadership review. Your work directly shapes how TELUS executes, learns, and wins across Canada.
