We’re hiring a Meta Ads Specialist who understands that broad audience targeting is too costly and inefficient. Your focus will be on niche-specific targeting, creative testing, and exploring relevant Facebook groups or communities for organic engagement and ad amplification. The campaigns will promote various gift product categories (e.g., nurse gifts, faith-based gifts, corporate appreciation boxes). Responsibilities: Launch 3–5 Meta campaigns per week across product niches Create and test multiple creatives and ad angles per campaign Identify and engage with niche Facebook Groups for organic visibility Optimize audience targeting to reduce CPA and improve CTR Report weekly results with insights for creative and audience refinement Requirements: Proven experience managing Meta Ads with smaller, targeted budgets Deep understanding of interest layering, lookalike audiences, and manual testing Ability to combine paid and organic group-based promotion strategies Familiarity with UGC-style creative formats
