Official Internal Job Title: Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Management Consultant Status: Regular Job Description: Vous possédez une solide expérience en finance corporative et souhaitez jouer un rôle actif dans des décisions stratégiques d’envergure ? Ce poste vous place au cœur des activités de fusions-acquisitions, d’investissements et de gestion du capital. Vous participerez à l’identification de cibles, à la réalisation complète des transactions (revue diligente, échanges d’information, coordination pré et post-clôture), et contribuerez aux projets liés à la structure du capital et aux relations avec les agences de notation. Vous relèverez les défis professionnels suivants : En collaboration avec les lignes d’affaires, aider à développer la stratégie en matière de fusion-acquisition et investissements stratégiques Contribuer aux différentes étapes d’une transaction typique de M&A, incluant rédaction de lettres d’intérêt, valorisation, vérification diligente, négociation de conventions d’achat-vente Développer des outils de modélisation financière, de valorisation et de suivi financier robustes S’assurer que toutes les parties concernées reçoivent l’information nécessaire au moment opportun Travailler étroitement avec les Lignes d’affaires pour analyser les risques et opportunités durant la vérification diligente; Prévoir les suivis et plans d’intégration à mettre en place, avant les transactions et après; Contribuer aux activités d’analyse et de communication en lien avec les activités de l’équipe liées à la gestion du capital et aux relations avec les agences de notation de crédit. Vos talents et qualifications : Diplôme d'études universitaires en finance, économie, comptabilité MBA ou CFA ou CBV un atout Minimum de 5 années d’expérience pertinente, idéalement en fusions-acquisitions Maitrise de la langue française, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, ainsi qu’une maitrise avancée de la langue anglaise, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, en raison de la nature des tâches ou d’interactions avec des collègues, partenaires, clients ou fournisseurs anglophones, ou afin de répondre aux objectifs de croissance de l’entreprise. #S1 #LI-Hybrid Beneva is an equal opportunity employer, so we encourage all Women, persons with disabilities, Indigenous people as well as visible and ethnic minorities to apply.
