We’re a fast-growing lead generation company looking for a skilled Media Buyer to join our team and take ownership of campaign performance and fulfillment. What you’ll do: • Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta (FB/IG) and Google Ads • Manage funnels, landing pages, and lead form integrations to ensure smooth lead delivery • Test creatives, audiences, and funnels to consistently lower CPL and boost ROI • Monitor budgets, analyze performance data, and scale winning campaigns • Oversee the fulfillment side, ensuring all leads are captured, tracked, and routed correctly into client CRMs • Configure and manage API connections between ad platforms, funnels, and client CRMs to ensure accurate lead delivery and reporting. • Collaborate with sales and operations to maintain lead quality and improve conversion What we’re looking for: • Proven experience running ad campaigns in the home services industry (HVAC, Bathroom Remodels, Reno, Roofing, etc.) • Strong knowledge of direct-response marketing and lead funnels • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads • Technical experience with GoHighLevel, Google meet, Heyflow, or other funnel/form builders to manage integrations and automations • Analytical mindset – comfortable with A/B testing and performance tracking • Self-starter who can manage campaigns end-to-end with minimal oversight Compensation: • Profit share on all campaigns you manage (earn more as campaigns scale) • Remote role with flexible hours • Work with a fast-paced team in a growing agency • Opportunity to manage high-budget campaigns and grow with the company 👉 Important: Candidates must be able to provide verifiable proof of past results in managing and scaling paid campaigns.
