About the Role

As a Media Buyer, you’ll be involved in day-to-day marketing activities and learn the ropes of performance marketing—everything from paid ads to landing page testing to reporting on campaign success. You’ll get your hands dirty and be part of real campaigns from day one.

Marketing experience is not required – but we’re looking for someone driven, organized, and excited to learn.

What You’ll Do

  • Help set up, monitor, and report on digital ad campaigns (Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.)
  • Support the development of creative briefs, copy, and ad variations
  • Conduct audience and competitor research to help shape marketing strategy
  • Assist in tracking campaign metrics like CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and media buyers
  • Stay up to date on marketing trends, tools, and best practices
  • Wear multiple hats and jump in wherever needed (we’re a startup, after all)

What We’re Looking For

  • Passion for marketing and eagerness to learn about media buying and performance growth
  • Passion to self-learn and constantly improve themself
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using Google Sheets, docs, and willing to learn tools like Ads Manager
  • Bonus: Any experience with digital ads, copywriting, analytics, or creative testing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
