• This position is based at our Edmonton, AB facility. Build and troubleshoot complex assemblies using drawings, schematics and process plans. Perform other duties as assigned, including but not limited to assisting FAB and Wiring Team, when necessary. Completion of High School or GED equivalent is required at a minimum. Diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering considered an asset. Must be legally eligible to work in Canada without company sponsorship now and in the future. 1 year of experience in the assembly or repair of product in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Prior experience in testing electrical control assemblies considered an asset. A combination of education and experience will also be considered. Position Criteria: Working knowledge of the mechanical or electrical processes within a manufacturing facility is ideal. Knowledge and experience with hand and power tools. Effective communicator and interpersonal skills, including excellent oral, written communication, and listening skills. Ability to work independently and multitask, as well as in a team environment. Demonstrates continuous learning through cross-training, learning new skills, and refreshing prior skills. Good analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
