I’m looking for an experienced email deliverability expert or system builder to create a high-deliverability cold email system focused on B2C outreach. The goal is to build an infrastructure capable of sending emails that land in the primary inbox (not spam or promotions) and can be scaled over time. Responsibilities: Set up a reliable cold email sending system (can be custom-built or use third-party tools). Configure domains, DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and warm-up processes to ensure maximum deliverability. Implement proper tracking for opens, clicks, and responses while maintaining compliance with anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.). Develop a structure to start with ~10,000 emails per day and scale responsibly as deliverability performance allows. Recommend the best tools, providers (SMTP, VPS, domains, etc.), and workflows to keep the system efficient and cost-effective. Provide documentation and ongoing support for scaling and maintenance. Requirements: Proven experience setting up cold email systems or running high-volume outbound campaigns. Deep understanding of deliverability, domain reputation, and IP warm-up processes. Familiarity with tools like Mailwizz, Instantly, Lemwarm, Gmass, or self-hosted SMTP setups. Ability to implement and test inbox placement strategies for B2C audiences (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook). Strong technical knowledge of DNS, SMTP servers, and email authentication. Attention to compliance and ethical sending practices.
