Marketing Project Manager We’re looking for a Marketing Project Manager who wears multiple hats — part Creative Director, part Client Communicator, part Media Buyer, and part Reporting Analyst. If you can manage campaigns end-to-end, balance client relationships, and turn data into actionable strategies, we want you on our team. What You’ll Do Creative Direction: Develop quarterly franchise video concepts designed to attract potential franchisees to franchisors. Collaborate with our production team to bring ideas to life. Client Communication: Maintain active, clear, and proactive communication with clients. Provide informal updates (e.g., “Hey [Client], noticed engagement is spiking after yesterday’s reel, we’ll scale that creative into the next ad set”). Facilitate regular check-ins to ensure alignment and satisfaction. Media Buying: Manage ad targeting and campaign execution on Facebook Ads. Work closely with the production team to launch and optimize creative assets. Adjust targeting and budget allocation based on performance trends. Analytics & Reporting: Deliver structured reporting (Month 1, Month 2, and Quarterly summaries). Provide campaign insights, optimizations, and next steps. Translate analytics into easy-to-understand, actionable recommendations for clients. Campaign Optimization: Monitor ongoing campaigns and proactively suggest improvements. Implement tests (audience, creative, placements) to drive better results. Provide proactive updates on wins, learnings, and adjustments. What You Bring Strong experience in creative direction and campaign ideation. Confidence in client-facing communication, including updates, check-ins, and presentations. Proven media buying skills on Facebook Ads Manager. Familiarity with analytics platforms (Meta Ads Manager reporting, Google Analytics, etc.). Project management skills: able to juggle multiple clients, deadlines, and priorities. A proactive mindset — you don’t wait for issues, you anticipate them.
