Volt has partnered with a top company in Costa Mesa to help identify an experienced Marketing Project Manager for immediate hire.

As a Marketing Project Manager you will

• Implementing direct response print projects (FSI, affinity ads, Member publication ads, etc.) for membership and insurance growth
• Traffic initial creative development to implementation and through to strategic next step recommendations
• Develop comprehensive KPI reports by gathering analyzing, and integrating data from both internal and external sources, proactively offering solutions and recommendations for next steps to management.
• Coordinate activities of vendors, agencies, internal staff, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed. This includes managing project timelines and schedules and overseeing the updating of existing creatives.
• Takes initiative to reach out to proper stakeholders (internal and external) and coordinate communication to achieve objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams on key projects including media planning, creative, product, sales, big data, E-Business, and market research.
• Monitors the industry and competition to maintain knowledge of best practices and legal requirements for assigned product lines.
• Manage budgets to ensure all markets achieve their targeted monthly and annual budgets.
• Manage administrative functions related to reviewing invoices and processing for payment.

Requirements:

• 2 – 3 years of related experience
• Advanced MS Excel using pivot tables and v look ups
• Strong knowledge and experience with direct marketing and project management is required.
• Experience with analyzing and interpreting KPI data and managing a marketing budget.
• Experience in coordinating and supporting large-scale, multi-channel marketing/promotional efforts.
• Must have the capability to manage a heavy workload with competing priorities under general direction.
• Work with Product and Legal teams to ensure accuracy with all relevant aspects of a project.
• Candidate should be a self-starter with the ability to problem-solve and provide suggestions, alternative options to unexpected situations and scenarios.

$40-43/hr

• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
