Project Overview - We are looking for an expert Data Analyst/BI Specialist to solve a critical business challenge: connecting our multi-channel marketing efforts to the clients sales data and display this in our reporting dashboards. Your core mission is to aggregate, blend, and automate our complex data pipeline, feeding it all into unified dashboards in Adriel. (https://www.adriel.com/) The key challenge is performing lead matchback using data from diverse sources like Salesforce, GA4, BigQuery, and Google Sheets. A critical component of this project is integrating our iClassPro sales data via its API into our reporting dashboards. Key Responsibilities Build & Automate Dashboards: Set up, customize, and automate reporting dashboards in both Adriel (https://www.adriel.com/) Data Pipeline Construction: Design and implement robust, automated data pipelines (e.g., using Google BigQuery or other tools) to transform, normalize, and merge disparate datasets. Lead Matchback & Blending: Execute complex data blending to connect marketing campaign data (from GA4, ad platforms) with sales outcomes (from Salesforce, iClassPro) to show the full-funnel view for all channels. Calculate & Display KPIs: Ensure dashboards clearly display key business metrics, including cost per lead, cost per enrollment, total revenue, and campaign-level ROI. Ongoing Support & QA: Act as the ongoing owner for data accuracy, troubleshoot API failures, fix dashboard issues, and handle new data requests. Documentation: Create clear documentation for the data pipelines, API scripts, and dashboard logic so our team can understand and maintain them. CallRail Integration & Matchback: Integrate CallRail data, perform matchback to attribute calls to specific marketing channels, and push summarized call metrics (e.g., total calls, qualified calls) into Adriel. Skills & Requirements Proven Experience: Demonstrated track record as a Marketing Data Analyst or BI Specialist, with a portfolio of similar projects. API Skills: You must be comfortable writing and managing Python or JavaScript scripts to connect to and pull data from various APIs. Sales & Marketing Data Blending: Strong, verifiable experience with lead matchback, connecting ad spend data (Meta, Google) to CRM/sales data (Salesforce). Key Platforms: - Adriel (or similar marketing-specific BI tools) - Looker Studio (Where our data is currently being blended) - Google BigQuery (or similar data warehouse) - Salesforce (understanding its data structure and API) Niche API Integration: You must be confident in your ability to learn and integrate with the iClassPro API (or have experience with similarly specific/niche platforms). Marketing Fluency: Deep understanding of digital marketing KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, etc.) and the data from platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads.
