Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time, Contract) to maintain a consistent flow of high-quality marketing content. This role will leverage AI tools to generate initial drafts of blogs, newsletters, LinkedIn posts, and social updates, but will rely on you to review, polish, and ensure all content aligns with Hubjoy’s brand voice before publication. Key Responsibilities Content Management Manage and execute a content calendar including LinkedIn posts, blog articles, newsletters and social media updates. Use AI and automation tools to generate draft content, then edit and refine for clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency. Editorial Oversight Serve as the final reviewer for all marketing content before publication. Ensure all content and messaging aligns with Hubjoy’s tone, positioning, and overall brand identity. Collaboration and Delivery Work with Hubjoy strategists and team members to capture insights from client calls and projects for repurposing into case studies, blog posts, and newsletters. Continuously refine the content workflow to improve efficiency and output quality. Qualifications Experience in content creation, editing, or copywriting, ideally within B2B or digital marketing. Familiarity with AI content tools (e.g., GPT-based editors) and comfort using automation to streamline workflows. Exceptional command of English with the ability to write and edit in a professional, business tone. Strong editorial judgment with the ability to refine AI-generated drafts into polished, client-ready content. Excellent organizational skills and experience managing a content calendar. Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills. Prior experience working with clients or companies targeting North American markets is a strong plus. Contract Details Part-time contractor position (approx. 5-15 hours per week, with potential to expand). Fully remote, with flexible working hours.
