Cella by Randstad Digital is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading financial services institution to find a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Project Manager. This role is vital in supporting the development and delivery of direct marketing campaigns focused on credit card engagement and retention.
In this role, you will act as a central hub between strategy and execution. You will work within a high-visibility marketing department to implement direct marketing strategies, managing the end-to-end workflow of creative assets. You will be the primary point of contact for external agencies and internal cross-functional teams, ensuring that all campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with brand standards.

Responsibilities
Campaign Execution: Manage the development and delivery of marketing tactics, including offer integration, creative development, and channel selection to meet revenue targets.
Agency Management: Oversee external third parties (agencies, media companies, and production suppliers), providing clear direction on creative requirements and fulfillment.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Build trusted relationships with internal partners across Product, Data, Digital, and Legal/Compliance teams to ensure seamless campaign flow.
Creative Oversight: Facilitate the internal approval process for marketing collateral, ensuring all materials are brand-compliant and meet regulatory standards.
Budget & Analytics: Monitor marketing budgets to maximize ROI and leverage data analytics to imbed "lessons learned" into future campaign iterations.
Market Insight: Act as a subject matter expert on competitive insights to ensure marketing initiatives remain relevant and impactful.
Qualifications
Experience: At least 1+ years of experience managing creative and marketing communication processes across various mediums (Direct Mail, Email, and Interactive).
Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in Financial Services is required. Familiarity with retail banking products (specifically Credit Cards) or experience working on financial accounts within a marketing agency is highly preferred.
Digital Proficiency: Hands-on experience with email marketing and producing client-facing communications.
Financial Acumen: Proven ability to manage campaign budgets and ensure all costs align with initial estimates.
Technical Familiarity: A solid understanding of the technical aspects of email creation and copy-writing principles is a strong asset.
Education: Undergraduate degree in Marketing or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
