  • We are seeking a talented, energetic student to join the Marketing team in our Milton Office location as a Marketing Co-Op. Duration for this role would be for 4 or 8 months (September 2025 – December 2025 or September 2025 – May 2026). What you will be doing: The Co-Op student reports to the Product Marketing Manager. As a Marketing Co-op, you will assist in executing various marketing projects, support the development of product strategies, and contribute to key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, product consideration, and sales enablement. Additionally, you will assist with the coordination, planning, design, and implementation of special project assignments, including website and digital driven initiatives, ensuring they align with overall marketing objectives and drive impactful results. This cross-functional role works closely with ROCKWOOL sales, product, and technical teams. Other duties will include assisting the Channel and Brand Marketing Managers as required. Travel within the US and Canada may be required. Main job tasks: Help execute campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and product consideration within the U.S. and Canada. Support in building digital tools focused on developing the buyer journey and driving product education. Assist in liaising with external agencies, content development partners and design teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns and marketing assets. Work closely with internal teams including brand, channel and digital marketing, technical, product management, and communications to ensure cohesive messaging and support product launches and expansions. Help track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist with reporting on the performance of various marketing initiatives. Assisting with invoice tracking and payment where appropriate. What you bring: Pursuing a post-secondary university degree or college diploma in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. Course work includes creating and presenting business cases for strategic marketing campaigns, promotion and communications strategies, and market analysis. Exceptional communication, project management, presentation, interpersonal and excellent attention to detail Strong time management skills and organizational skills, with the ability to track and manage multiple priorities Proficient in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and related computer skills; Photoshop and video editing skills are a plus. Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, Google Analytics, or CRM tools) is an asset.
