Job Title: Marketing Automation Specialist – Lead Generation & Enrichment (Clay, Apify, Instantly, etc.) Overview: We’re a recruitment agency looking to bring on a marketing automation expert to help us streamline and scale our client acquisition efforts. Our goal is to build an end-to-end automated system that can: Discover potential clients (companies likely to hire soon) Scrape and enrich lead data automatically Integrate with our outbound system (Instantly) Optionally, assist with outbound messaging and campaign setup You don’t need to be an expert in every tool we mention — we're open to creative problem-solvers who can suggest and implement the right solutions. What We’re Looking For: Must-Have Skills / Responsibilities: Experience with tools like Clay, Apify, Phantombuster, or similar platforms for scraping and enrichment Ability to automate lead generation workflows from discovery to enrichment (not just manual scraping) Familiarity with setting up data pipelines or automation sequences that can run with minimal manual input Ability to identify or track signals of company hiring intent (e.g. growth trends, funding rounds, new job postings, etc.) Clear communication and ability to explain your automation process Nice-to-Have: Experience using or integrating with Instantly or similar outbound tools Campaign writing or outbound email copywriting experience Familiarity with recruitment or lead generation for B2B services What We Have in Place: Instantly for outbound messaging (already live) Manual scraping of job posts for live hiring signals General idea of our ICP (ideal client profile), but open to refining it with your help The Goal: To build a reliable, mostly-automated lead engine that continuously identifies high-potential companies, enriches their data (decision-makers, hiring signals, etc.), and feeds this into our outbound process — ideally with minimal manual effort required.
