Purpose of the Role The Marketing Agent is responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing visual and written marketing materials for Eye-T Consulting. This role ensures consistent branding, manages digital content, and supports ongoing marketing initiatives across all platforms. Core Responsibilities Branding & Design • Develop, maintain, and apply Eye-T’s brand guidelines across all materials • Create and refine marketing assets (one-pagers, brochures, flyers, decks, templates) • Produce visual content for digital and print use • Ensure consistent use of colours, fonts, logos, and visual identity across all channels Content Creation • Draft and edit written content for marketing materials, website updates, email campaigns, and sales collateral • Create engaging copy for social media, newsletters, and client-facing communications • Gather and build case studies, project summaries, and testimonials Social Media Management • Plan, create, and schedule social media posts (primarily LinkedIn) • Maintain a posting calendar, coordinate approvals, and ensure consistent brand messaging • Monitor engagement, respond to interactions when appropriate, and track post performance • Provide monthly or biweekly summaries of results and insights Digital Marketing Support • Assist with updates to the company website (content, visuals, layout adjustments) • Support execution of marketing campaigns and promotions • Coordinate with external marketing agency for larger projects (billboards, campaigns, web updates) Internal & External Coordination • Work with leadership to understand marketing priorities and upcoming initiatives • Align deliverables with internal stakeholders (sales, procurement, operations) • Support internal communication materials (job postings, branded documents, presentations) Required Skills & Qualifications • 1–3+ years experience in marketing, communications, branding, or design • Strong bilingual communication skills (English/French) • Proven experience with design tools such as Canva and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign preferred) • Ability to create both visual and written content • Familiarity with managing social media channels for business (especially LinkedIn) • Understanding of branding principles and ability to apply brand identity consistently • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects • Experience in B2B, IT, or professional services marketing is an asset • Portfolio demonstrating branding, design, and content work is required
