This role supports the evolution of our technology and information risk practices, helping FCC stay within its defined risk appetite while enabling growth and innovation. What you’ll do: Establish and implement tools, processes and practices for effective technology and information risk management. Conduct and coordinate technology and information risk assessments to identify key exposures, evaluate control effectiveness, and ensure alignment with FCC’s risk appetite. Provide oversight and effective challenge on information and technology risks to help ensure they remain within FCC’s defined risk appetite. Collaborate with leaders across the business to promote risk awareness and embed risk considerations into decision-making. Provide guidance on risk management practices, regulatory compliance, and governance standards. What we’re looking for: Skilled communicator with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical, actionable insights. Collaborative leader with a track record of designing and implementing effective structures, tools, and processes. Strategic thinker who constructively challenges existing practices to drive continuous improvement. Strong relationship builder with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.
