Worker Type: Employee Job Post End Date: 11/15/2025 About this opportunity: The Supply Logistics team, within the Husky Midstream Customer Service Operations area is responsible for volumetric planning and forecasting, the tracking, reporting and modelling of physical movements of heavy crude, diluent and synthetic crude throughout the Husky Midstream Pipelines, Terminals and managing the associated customer accounts. The Manager Supply Logistics is part of a participative leadership team where the individual is responsible for leading, managing and promoting the growth of a team of direct reports and aligning with the business’ strategic plan. This position is a customer service and operational role based in Calgary with primary responsibility for leading the timely execution of volumetric movements and reporting to ensure all obligations are met with customer focus. What you’ll do: Provide oversight of day-to-day planning, volumetric accounting, budgeting, government, industry and management reporting, projects and performing customer service-related activities. Accountable for the accurate and timely forecasting and modelling of movements of crude and/or diluent through the Midstream Pipelines and Terminals to meet all customer and supply requirements across the Midstream Pipelines and Terminals. Manage and report on customer positions to ensure all customers are balanced and contracts are met. Manage customer service engagement, liaison between Shippers, Pipeline Connected Facility Operators, Field Operations as required to manage throughput, Shipper and Connected Facility requirements/issues. Working Leader to ensure day to day supply / logistics are performed in a comprehensive manner and to train and support development of direct reports. Identify, troubleshoot, resolve and report on issues with respect to daily operations or customer relationships. Employing an ability to proactively manage and/or react quickly and efficiently to all planned or unplanned issues/events. Develop analytics, processes, contingency / strategy plans, participate and / or initiate the design and / or development of tools to support the business and people. Who you are: Our ideal candidate will have the following minimum requirements: Legally authorized to work in Canada Post secondary Business/Economics Degree/Certificate or equivalent experience Minimum 12 years crude oil or relative industry experience with a broad knowledge of pipeline systems operations, inventory management expertise and customer service. Comprehensive knowledge and experience of pipeline rules and regulations and industry / government reporting. Experience in volumetric oil accounting or midstream supply logistics experience considered an asset.
