• ATCO Frontec is hiring a Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement operations and ensure seamless end-to-end supply chain performance—from user requests to supplier payments. This role ensures compliance with corporate policies, supports operational efficiency, and fosters strong supplier and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full Source-to-Pay process and day-to-day procurement support.
• Collaborate with field operations and suppliers to deliver timely solutions.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Resolve vendor issues and drive continuous process improvements.
• Monitor supplier performance and negotiate cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure alignment with corporate standards.
• Ensure compliance with procurement laws and ATCO’s Code of Ethics.
• Lead and coach the Supply Chain team; provide training across business lines.
• Support system integration post-acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
• SCMP or equivalent designation is an asset.
• 8+ years of supply chain experience in fast-paced or service-based industries.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of procurement law, market trends, and FM/camp services materials.
• Skilled in negotiation, analytics, and problem-solving.
• Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems; ComplyWorks familiarity is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
