- ATCO Frontec is hiring a Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement operations and ensure seamless end-to-end supply chain performance—from user requests to supplier payments. This role ensures compliance with corporate policies, supports operational efficiency, and fosters strong supplier and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full Source-to-Pay process and day-to-day procurement support.
- Collaborate with field operations and suppliers to deliver timely solutions.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Resolve vendor issues and drive continuous process improvements.
- Monitor supplier performance and negotiate cost-saving opportunities.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure alignment with corporate standards.
- Ensure compliance with procurement laws and ATCO’s Code of Ethics.
- Lead and coach the Supply Chain team; provide training across business lines.
- Support system integration post-acquisitions.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
- SCMP or equivalent designation is an asset.
- 8+ years of supply chain experience in fast-paced or service-based industries.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Strong knowledge of procurement law, market trends, and FM/camp services materials.
- Skilled in negotiation, analytics, and problem-solving.
- Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems; ComplyWorks familiarity is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
