• Fleetway is seeking a Manager, Program Delivery to provide strategic leadership for complex defence‑focused marine engineering programs. Reporting to senior leadership, this role is responsible for guiding the successful delivery of large, multi‑disciplinary projects, strengthening program governance, and ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and client expectations.
• With a strong focus on schedule integration, project oversight, and continuous improvement, the Manager, Program Delivery will lead a team of Program and Project Managers while overseeing the Project Management Office (PMO). This includes optimizing delivery frameworks, advancing best practices, and maintaining high standards of performance across all program phases. The ideal candidate is collaborative, detail‑oriented, and experienced in navigating complex technical environments while fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and proactive client engagement.
