Plan and organize the delivery of social and community service programs. Hire and provide training for professional and non-professional staff. Direct and advise professional and non-professional staff. Establish administrative procedures. Manage the operations and activities of social and community centres, correctional facilities and detention centres. Develop policies, procedures and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Immunization records. Driver's validity licence check.
