- The COO Business & Operations team is a key driver of impact across Global Markets and Experiences. As trusted partners to eBay’s Chief Commercial Officer, we solve complex operational challenges, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure the successful execution of eBay’s strategic priorities.

- About the Role
- We’re looking for a Manager, COO Business & Operations to join our high-impact team. You’ll help simplify operations, prioritize critical initiatives, and accelerate delivery of eBay’s most important projects. This is a high-visibility role where your insights will directly influence business outcomes and shape how eBay operates at scale.

- Analyze business problems and identify solutions using data, customer insights, and industry trends

- Communicate insights and proposals effectively to senior stakeholders

- Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience, including time at a top-tier strategy consulting firm
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, consumer goods, or technology is a plus
