We are seeking experienced and motivated Operations Managers to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in customer service and team management who thrive in fast-paced environments and are committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Position Summary

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the facility, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining high customer satisfaction standards, and providing strong leadership to staff. The successful candidate will demonstrate outstanding organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a passion for working with children and families.

Work Schedule

  • Wednesday–Friday: Must be available to begin between 1:30 PM–2:30 PM
  • Weekends: Availability required between 10:00 AM–12:30 AM
  • Summer Season: Open 7 days a week; additional availability required
  • Non-Summer Season: Closed Mondays and Tuesdays

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in a customer service–oriented environment (required)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced customer service setting
  • Demonstrated ability to train, develop, and supervise employees
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency with computers and Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
  • Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment. Must be able to multi-task

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all guests receive a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience
  • Direct and manage all aspects of daily facility operations, including customer service, food service, cleaning, and equipment oversight
  • Lead and supervise a team of 1–4 employees in a high-volume environment
  • Effectively resolve guest concerns and ensure complete satisfaction
  • Open and close the facility, including cash handling and daily reporting
  • Manage and maintain facility cleanliness, operational readiness, and overall presentation
  • Promote and sell party packages, provide facility tours, and coordinate event bookings
  • Maintain and merchandise retail displays to company standards
  • Ensure staff compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Uphold and model the core values of Scary Strokes while fostering a positive team culture
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
