  • to support our Maintenance team who will be accountable for work order management for the Nuna Group of Companies in our Edmonton, AB office.

  • Responsibilities

Some Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage maintenance/overhead work orders, ensuring accurate coding.
  • Create and maintain work order documentation, manage records for planning related activities.
  • Manage/resolve JDE transactional/system issues.
  • Maintain Maintenance SharePoint site.
  • Support the creation and implementation of fleet/maintenance processes which are intended to create efficiencies.
  • Other Duties as required
  • Field requests from sites and other areas of the business regarding maintenance work orders and time entry.
  • Other administrative and coordination of duties and reporting, as required.
  • Qualifications

Work Experience

  • Three years of experience in fleet, maintenance, and/or office administration.
  • Heavy equipment maintenance/fleet related experience would be considered an asset.
  • Demonstrated organizational, administrative and time management background.

Education

  • High school diploma.
  • Heavy equipment maintenance/fleet related experience or Business-related certificate/diploma.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Experience with JDE is considered an asset.
  • Must be competent in MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint). With demonstrated intermediate level Excel.
  • Able to work in a team environment and independently, while demonstrating initiative and independent judgment
  • Able to multitask under tight deadlines and set priorities.
  • Excellent English (spoken/written/grammar/punctuation) and advanced interpersonal/communication skills.
  • Business letter writing skills and basic report preparation.
  • Must have a professional/positive attitude and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work in a busy environment.
  • Ability to make sound decisions and function with limited supervision.
  • Must be self-motivated.
