2-Week Rotating Schedule:
Week 1: Monday, Thursday, Friday

Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
Operate and monitor industrial machinery.
Ensure all production goals are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Start up, operate, and safely shut down production lines in accordance with all safety protocols and procedures
Changeover materials and update production dates based on current shop order requirements
Operate IPC interfaces and in-line labeling systems efficiently and accurately
Identify and clear jams, troubleshoot equipment issues, and perform minor repairs when possible to minimize downtime
Perform routine cleaning and general maintenance, and promptly notify the appropriate personnel when additional maintenance is required
Report any food safety or product quality concerns to authorized team members immediately
Support other production tasks and duties as assigned by the supervisor or team lead
Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of recent warehouse experience
Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
Willing to learn and apply Manufacturing Best Practices to support continuous improvement
Flexible availability, including overtime and occasional weekend shifts as needed
Strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
Committed to a “Right First Time” quality mindset
Demonstrates initiative, follows directions, and executes plans efficiently
Possesses technical aptitude; a technical background is considered an asset
Consistently practices safe work habits and displays a strong work ethic
Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Familiar with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to cleaning, startup, safety, operations, and Critical Quality Points (CQP)
