About

We’re looking for a Lottie animation expert to help expand and refine an existing library of Lottie files used in a modern industrial web dashboard. The animations visually represent real-world process components such as conveyors, gates, pumps, mixers, and flow indicators. You’ll be working from a defined visual style and color scheme — our base Lottie animations are already in use, and we’re now looking to add new ones and improve existing ones for better consistency, performance, and visual detail. In addition to animations, we’re also looking for someone who can create modern, clean vector graphics to be animated — icons, components, and illustrations that align with our existing interface style. Scope of Work - Create new Lottie (.json) animations in line with our existing set. - Update or optimize current animations (smoother motion, smaller file size, better layering). - Design new vector components or UI graphics to be animated. - Ensure each animation is loopable, lightweight, and suitable for real-time web use. - Export using Bodymovin for integration in React and/or Vanilla JS. - Follow defined states (Idle / Running / Fault / Active). Typical Animation Types - Conveyors (running, idle, stopped) - Discharge gates opening/closing - Mixers or augers rotating - Flow meters with pulse/flow visualization - Pumps and valves in operation states Requirements - Proven experience creating Lottie animations in After Effects using Bodymovin. - Ability to design or modify vector graphics for animation. - Strong sense of technical precision and smooth motion. - Experience optimizing animations for web dashboards or touchscreen UIs. - Ability to match or improve upon an existing visual style. Engagement - Ongoing contract (initial batch of 6–10 animations). - Fixed price per animation or hourly — open to discussion. To Apply please include: - A portfolio showing Lottie or vector-based motion graphics (industrial or UI preferred). - Your estimated rate per animation (simple vs. complex). - Your typical turnaround time. - (Optional) Examples of static UI or component designs you’ve created for animation.
