We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cold Caller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads, and initiating interest in our services. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, results-driven, and capable of handling rejection professionally. In addition to client outreach, the right candidate will also help train new employees in the future, sharing best practices, scripts, and strategies to support team growth and performance. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to potential leads - Qualify prospects and generate interest in our services - Follow call scripts and adjust messaging as needed - Record call outcomes and update data accordingly - Collaborate with the team to refine outreach strategies - Assist in creating training materials and onboarding processes for future callers - Lead training sessions for new hires when needed Requirements: - Proven experience with cold calling or telemarketing - Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) - Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills - Ability to work independently and meet call targets - Prior experience in training or mentoring is a plus - Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with Google docs & google sheet - Background in sales or lead generation - Previous remote work experience
