Looking to hire a thumbnail designer to create 2 customizable YouTube thumbnail templates inside Canva. These templates will be used across multiple videos, so they should be bold, eye-catching, and optimized for high click-through rates. You will provide us with a shareable Canva link so we can easily make text/image adjustments in the future. The attached files below are a few reference thumbnails/styles we like, and you’ll design 2 versions we can use as base templates moving forward. We are looking for a 1–2 day turnaround time, plus 1 day for revisions if needed. We will start with a paid trial project for these 2 templates. There is room for growth, and we have a process that increases pay over time for designers who stick with us. We are a Filipino-based team from Canada, and we’re looking for more of our familia to grow together!
