We’re looking for an experienced, highly skilled graphic designer to create unique, elevated clothing designs similar in style and complexity to the reference designs provided. You will be developing artwork for apparel items including t-shirts, hoodies, socks, jackets, hats, plush accessories, and more. Our projects often involve licensed IP, so an ability to follow strict brand guidelines while still pushing creative boundaries is essential. We will also expect you to be creative and do a deep dive to into the IP to create clothing items from those that fans would love. What We Need: 1. Exceptional graphic design skills, not just editing, but strong illustration ability - to add custom elements and build original concepts from scratch. 2. Experience designing for clothing, streetwear, and merchandise. Files and tech/spec packs made for manufacturers. 3. Ability to create bold, non-generic, highly creative designs that stand out on shelf and align with brand direction. 4. Comfort working with licensed partners and adapting to various style guides. 5. Reliable communication, quick turnaround, and an eye for both aesthetic and commercial viability. 6. Experience creating mockups 7. Knowledge of Pantone color management 8.
