About

About Us We’re a music-production duo and creative brand that produces content for producers, singers, and songwriters. Our YouTube channel blends music production tutorials, vocal tips, behind-the-scenes clips, and creative lifestyle content around our work as a producer–vocalist couple. We’re building a small but serious team to grow our channel and need a skilled, creative video editor who understands both music and storytelling, someone who can help us make our videos entertaining, professional, and authentic. About the Role We’re looking for a long-term video editor to join us for ongoing YouTube work. You’ll be editing: Music production tutorials & how-tos Vocal-recording and vocal-mixing videos Behind-the-scenes studio content Song remake / cover breakdowns “Producer reacts” or “creating a track from scratch” videos Lifestyle & couple-based content connected to music Each video will usually range 6–10 minutes (occasional longer 15–20 min). We’ll provide: Full 4K footage (talking head, studio b-roll, Ableton screen captures) Asset folders via Google Drive Notes and creative directions directly in Notion (our workspace) Easy for you References and sample scripts where needed You’ll turn that into clean, engaging, fun edits that stay on brand, professional enough for large audiences, but still real, funny, and authentic. Your Skills We’re looking for someone who: Has strong YouTube editing experience (ideally in music or educational content) Understands Ableton Live 12 and music production basics, enough to follow along when plugins, DAWs, or effects are shown Can sync audio accurately with DAW screen capture footage Can design on-screen text, motion graphics, and subtitles that stay consistent with our brand Knows how to find or create light b-roll / graphics when needed (copyright-safe) Has an eye for rhythm, pacing, and comedic timing Speaks and writes fluent English Delivers organized project files and follows version naming clearly Style & Reference We like clean, musical, story-driven editing, not the over-cut, flashy “YouTube zoom every second” style.
