About
Logistics Support/Admin Support is providing administrative and document services to the organization activities including daily admin affairs, office supplier management, office property coordination, logistics arrangement, vehicles affairs, in-country and international travel requirements.
Scope of Work
· Procure and manage office supplies, furniture, meeting materials
· Conduct audits, support on-site office consumables, and manage the budget for office equipment.
· Handle equipment allocation, conduct asset inventories, and manage daily administrative affairs.
· Coordinate logistics, establish administrative management systems, and organize internal/external meetings.
· Arrange travel logistics, including itineraries, transportation, and accommodations.
· Receive and deliver mail, maintain accurate records, and manage office files.
· Manage purchasing applications, contract terms, and POs for office-related items.
· Collaborated with the Supply Chain Management team to prepare preliminary documents for administrative bidding processes.
· Handled administrative fee accounts payable and monitored monthly actuals and budget for administrative expenses.
· liaise with suppliers, contractors, law firms, accounting firms, insurance brokers, and government agencies.
· Manage association fee payments, and account applications, and coordinate with suppliers.
· Perform any other duties assigned by the Corporation or Admin Supervisor.
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
