TITLE: Seasonal Lodging Reservation Specialist LOCATION: Millrock Corporate Office (Holladay, UT) STATUS: Hourly, Full-time, SCHEDULE: Full-time Position Shifts can vary from 7:00AM - 3:30PM to 12:30PM to 9:00PM SUMMARY As a Lodging Sales Agent, you will handle inbound calls, process reservations for Snowbird hotels, and provide information via telephone and email regarding rates, availability, resort activities, facilities, and general area information. We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, nights, weekends, and holidays are required. Shifts are scheduled for 8 1/2 hours with a mandatory 30-minute lunch break, and hours can range from 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM to 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM. Shift times are subject to change. What You’ll Do Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email regarding reservations Provide accurate information on rates, packages, payment options, cancellation policies, and resort facilities Promote and upsell additional services such as ground transportation, trip insurance, dining reservations, and Mountain School lessons Enter reservation details into the system and process payments at the time of booking Revise and update reservation records to ensure accuracy and completeness Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned to support departmental goals Occasionally travel to and from the resort as required What You Need to Succeed in This Role High school diploma or equivalent 1–2 years of related work experience with proven competence Strong computer skills, including accurate typing (30+ WPM) and proficiency with a 10-key calculator Familiarity with SMS Host preferred (training available if needed) Ability to exercise sound judgment within established guidelines and work independently with minimal supervision Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering excellent customer support Comfort working in a cubicle setting for extended periods (up to 8 hours), maintaining focus and efficiency throughout the day WORK SCHEDULE Winter Season: Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM Summer Season: Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Shifts will vary within these hours, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Flexible schedule required, with rotating shifts and days off. 40 hours per week, based on resort needs. Must be available to work back-to-back shifts when needed. WORKING CONDITIONS General office environment with limited physical activity. Work is routine in pleasant, comfortable surroundings. General office conditions prevail. Job activities consist of related steps, processes, or methods. Decisions are made from various choices available. Requires the ability to discern between simple situations and apply alternatives. Must be able to take action according to basic criteria, such as sources of information, type of transactions, or other factual differences. Direct and continuous contact with guests.
