Salaam Alaikum, My name is Yaseen Choudry. My family is launching a new restaurant that operates inside a convenience store and gas station. We are looking for a skilled developer to build a unified ordering system for both the restaurant and convenience store. We want to develop a website and mobile app that allow customers to: • Order and pay for fast food items • Order and pay for convenience store items • Send restaurant orders directly to the kitchen • Earn and redeem loyalty points on both types of purchases • Receive offers and promotions based on their buying behavior • Create user accounts with history and rewards • Use multiple payment methods (Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit and debit cards) Our long term goal is to encourage customers to use the app for advance ordering and to push convenience store offers inside the app. The design and flow we want is similar to Wawa and Sheetz: Wawa: https://www.wawa.com Sheetz: https://www.sheetz.com/our-app We are launching with one location, but the system must support future multi location expansion. Technical requirements: • Website + iOS + Android apps • Admin panel to manage menu, pricing, items, and offers • Real time item availability and pricing • Support for PLU codes, modifiers, and combos • Integration with DoorDash Marketplace and DoorDash Drive • POS integration (we are deciding between Square or Oracle Micros and open to your guidance) • Loyalty system with earn and spend rules, tiers, and optional referral codes • Pickup ordering for MVP, delivery added after I have attached our detailed development proposal for your reference.
