About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our growing team and manage a caseload of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation. The ideal candidate has a strong background in litigation (plaintiff or defense), a track record of professional stability, and the desire to take meaningful ownership of their work.

This role offers flexibility to work in-office or remotely (with regular travel to Melbourne, FL for hearings, trials, and team collaboration). It’s an opportunity to run your own cases, appear in court, and work closely with a respected trial attorney who is committed to mentoring future leaders in the profession.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage personal injury litigation from intake through resolution
• Develop litigation strategy and handle all aspects of trial prep
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
• Represent clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials
• Maintain communication with clients, medical providers, carriers, and opposing counsel
• Supervise litigation paralegals and collaborate with the pre-suit team
• Negotiate settlements and oversee post-settlement processes
• Support litigation department KPIs and performance goals
• Stay current on legal research and case documentation best practices

Requirements

Qualifications
• J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Florida
• 2–3+ years of personal injury litigation experience (plaintiff-side preferred)
• Strong legal writing, courtroom, and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated sound judgment, attention to detail, and client rapport
• Ability to manage a litigation caseload independently
• Familiarity with legal case management systems
• Comfortable collaborating with a distributed (remote + in-office) team

• Salary range: $100,000–$150,000+ depending on experience
