We are seeking an expert in deepfakes and lip-syncing technologies to research and develop a scalable solution for producing high-quality lip syncs. The goal is to create a system that can take a video of a human speaking and generate a lip-synced video of a character saying something else. This is basically generating a deep-fake, the voice is not important, the main thing I'm looking for is the quality of the lip-sync / deep fake generation and the costs. This involves reverse engineering platforms like reel.farm and arcads to understand their technologies and improve upon them. We can also use solutions like sync labs, however I want to choose the solution that has the highest quality for the lowest price.
