The Role As our Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll take ownership of building a pipeline of qualified leads that fit our ideal customer profile. This is a critical role that requires research skills, attention to detail, and persistence. You’ll be using LinkedIn, email, and industry tools to find accurate data, qualify prospects, and hand off leads that are ready for outreach. We’re looking for someone who is not only skilled but also reliable, proactive, and driven by results. Key Responsibilities * Research and identify potential prospects in our target market. * Use LinkedIn, email, and trusted tools to gather accurate contact information. * Qualify leads based on specific criteria (we’ll provide clear guidelines). * Organize and maintain leads in spreadsheets/CRM. * Share regular updates and reports on progress and results. * Consistently deliver leads that are relevant, accurate, and actionable. Monthly KPI Target * Deliver 30–50 fully qualified leads per month that align with our target market. Requirements * Proven track record in lead generation (SaaS or B2B experience is a strong plus). * Solid research and data validation skills — accuracy is critical. * Hands-on experience with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms. * Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken). * Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and consistently hit targets. * Individuals preferably * Ready to start immediately and open to long-term collaboration if it’s a good fit.
