- Job Description
- Are you passionate about optimizing user experience and website performance? Do you want a strategic role with operational reach, where you can truly deliver, iterate quickly, and impact sales? This is the position for you.
- As Lead, Web Marketing & Conversion Optimization, you are responsible for the overall performance of our digital properties (Canada, US, Europe) and their continuous evolution to support business objectives.
- You will work closely with traffic acquisition, brand, and IT teams, while also leading the web team (front-end integrator, e-commerce specialist, etc.). Your goal: to maximize conversion rates, improve the user experience, and increase sales.
- Responsibilities
- - Develop and execute a CRO/UX roadmap aligned with business priorities
- - Measure, analyze, and optimize based on KPIs: conversion rate, average order value, load time, etc.
- - Provide monthly and weekly reports with insights to improve our performance. - Supervise the web team and contribute to talent recruitment and assessment
- - Implement conversion optimization (CRO) strategies for our sites worldwide
- - Deploy and automate tests (A/B testing, heatmaps, etc.)
- - Improve the UI/UX of our sites, particularly for the security division
- - Collaborate with the traffic acquisition team to maximize performance
- - Collaborate with IT teams to prioritize structural changes
- - Ensure consistency with brand standards, in collaboration with the Brand teams
- Qualifications
- - University degree in marketing combined to 3 to 5 years of experience in web optimization or e-commerce (client or agency)
- - Practical experience in A/B testing, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, heatmap tools
- - Asset: knowledge or experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- - Bilingual
- - You are autonomous, fast, analytical, and not afraid to lend a shoulder Driven to make projects happen
- - You have an entrepreneurial spirit, you like things to move, and you deliver quickly, without compromising on quality.
