- Monitor and track all equipment as assigned or moved
- Ensure accurate completion of the dock and office duties
- Ensure dock workers are properly loading / packaging freight, ensure all outbound trailers are loaded to capacity

Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years experience in the transportation and/or warehousing LTL environment
- Validate forklift license to support for emergencies
- Strong geographical knowledge of Montreal (preferred) and Ontario (asset)
- 1 year experience using TMS software (Truckmate preferred)
- A true team player who posses leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and works well under pressure
- Organized and ability to prioritize tasks
