We are BLAS Services Inc., a Toronto-based provider of bookkeeping, finance operations, and CFO oversight services for startups, entrepreneurs, and scaling businesses. We are looking to hire a Lead Generation Specialist to help us book qualified intro meetings with potential clients. Your Responsibilities: - Research and reach out to potential clients (we will provide an initial target list) - Use a mix of email outreach (corporates) and phone calls (small businesses/entrepreneurs) - Qualify prospects using a simple framework (we will provide training) - Book 3–4 short intro meetings per week on our calendar with qualified prospects, after qualifying them -Track outreach and results in a simple CRM/Google Sheet Requirements: - Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken) - Experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or sales outreach - Comfortable sending professional business emails to executives and calling small business owners - Organized and able to follow processes consistently - Based in Toronto time zone (or able to overlap significantly) Nice to Have: - Familiarity with finance, accounting, or B2B professional services - Experience with LinkedIn outreach What We Offer: - Potentially an ongoing role with clear weekly targets - Training on our services and client qualification process - Opportunity to grow with the company as we expand Compensation: - Hourly rate or fixed monthly retainer + possible performance bonus for each new client acquired - Open to discussion based on experience How to Apply: - Share a short note about your lead generation or sales outreach experience - Provide 1 example of an email copy you’ve written and/or describe your calling experience - In the example, please break down your approach in qualifying a client - Confirm your availability during EST time zone business hours We do appreciate everyone applying, but only those who are selected for further information will be contacted.
