We’re looking for a proactive and strategic Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist to help us grow our IT Services/MSP business. This role is ideal for someone who understands the B2B tech space and is passionate about building relationships and driving growth. Responsibilities: Use LinkedIn and other tools to identify and build targeted lead lists for specific market segments (e.g., SMBs, healthcare, legal, finance). Clean and validate contact lists to ensure accuracy and relevance. Make outbound calls and send messages to schedule discovery or strategy calls with decision-makers. Provide guidance on best practices for outreach, messaging, and list segmentation. Collaborate on refining our lead generation strategy and marketing funnel. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in the IT Services or MSP space. Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and outreach platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections. Strategic thinker who can help shape our marketing and outreach efforts. Bonus: Experience with email marketing, automation tools, and content strategy.
