Inside Sales Specialist – Oncology Clinic Outreach (HubSpot + Lead Generation) IMPORTANT: Applicants who DO NOT provide a 30–60 second voice recording will NOT BE CONSIDERED. We are seeking an experienced lead generation professional with a STRONG (PROVEN) background in HEALTHCARE or MEDICAL OUTREACH to connect with oncology offices, nurses, nurse navigators, infusion nurses, and hospitals using HubSpot CRM. We are seeking a motivated inside sales / lead generation specialist to connect with medical staff in oncology settings across the United States. Your role will be to make professional outbound calls to oncology offices, hospitals, and clinics, briefly introduce a new over-the-counter, all-natural, clinically proven product (developed and produced in the UK), and then follow up with an educational email via HubSpot CRM. This is not pharmaceutical detailing — this is outreach about a safe, 100% natural, science-based and clinically proven product that addresses one of the most prevalent side effects of chemotherapy and cancer treatment. Nurses and staff need to know this product is now available for their patients and they will be thrilled to hear from you because this product has been desperately needed in Oncology for decades!. 🔹 Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to: * Oncology offices, clinics, and hospitals * Office managers and front desk staff (to navigate gatekeepers) * Oncology nurses, infusion nurses, and nurse navigators - Deliver a succinct 30–60 second introduction that explains the product’s purpose (clinically proven, all-natural solution for a common chemotherapy side effect). - Gather key contact details (nurse/navigator name, office name, phone, and email). - Enter contact details into HubSpot CRM accurately. - Immediately send a pre-written HubSpot email to the contact where they will be able to respond by checking any or all of the checkboxes below requesting educational materials or a 15 minute product educational call: ✅ Checkbox #1: Request patient educational notepads (50 sheets per pad) ✅ Checkbox #2: Request the clinical trial ✅ Checkbox #3: Request a 15-minute educational Zoom/Google Meet with our U.S. team - Follow up with contacts multiple times as needed, understanding nurses are extremely busy. - Provide daily/weekly reporting of activity through HubSpot. 🔹 Compensation - Base contract via UpWork (hourly with a low cap OR fixed milestone batches) - $5 bonus for every qualified inbound email response received in HubSpot where the nurse/office checks 1 of the 3 checkboxes listed above. - 3–6 month pilot role with potential to expand into a long-term/full-time opportunity if successful. 🔹 Requirements - Excellent spoken English with minimal or no accent — must be easily understood by U.S. medical staff. - Previous experience in medical outreach, inside sales, or lead generation, IN oncology or healthcare. - Ability to navigate gatekeepers (front desk/office staff) and successfully connect with busy nurses and navigators. - Strong knowledge of HubSpot CRM — including contact management, email sending, and reporting. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and excellent with follow-up/follow-through. - Passion for helping cancer patients and for promoting all-natural, clinically proven products. - Familiarity with medical acronyms and lingo is a strong advantage. 🔹 Preferred Background - Experience in oncology or hospital/clinic outreach - Prior role in lead generation, nurse navigator engagement, or medical sales support - Call center or inside sales experience specifically targeting healthcare staff 🔹 Why Join Us? - You’ll be part of a mission-driven project helping cancer patients by informing medical staff about a natural, effective solution. - Clear, measurable bonus system: earn $5 for every office that responds to your HubSpot email. - Access to a large potential market — more than 100,000 oncology nurses, nurse navigators, and infusion nurses in the U.S. - Long-term opportunity if performance is strong.
