Lead-Gen Funnel & Ads Specialist – Role Brief & KPI Sheet Company: Ontario Business Brokers Point of Contact: Dwayne or Karen Mitchell Focus: Generating daily qualified seller leads for our Ontario-based business brokerage. 1. Mission To design, launch, and optimize marketing funnels and paid-ads campaigns that consistently bring in a steady flow of qualified business-owner leads in Ontario who are considering selling their companies. 2. Primary Responsibilities Funnel Build & Maintenance Build and maintain 1–2 core lead-gen funnels (e.g., ClickFunnels or GoHighLevel) such as a quiz/scorecard, landing pages, thank-you pages, and retargeting sequences. Ensure funnels are mobile-friendly, pixel-tracked, and linked to our CRM for follow-up. Paid-Ads Management Set up and manage LinkedIn and Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns; test Google Search ads if appropriate. Create or adapt ad creatives (copy, graphics; we can supply video or branding assets). Run A/B tests on audiences, headlines, and calls-to-action to improve conversion. Lead Flow & Qualification Configure ad forms and funnel steps to capture the right qualifying information from sellers. Route all leads into our CRM/email nurture system and flag high-value prospects for personal outreach. Reporting & Optimization Track and share weekly reports summarizing ad spend, funnel performance, and suggested adjustments. Proactively recommend strategies to improve lead quality, volume, and cost efficiency. 3. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) (Targets to be defined together during onboarding) Daily/weekly lead volume goals to be set collaboratively. Cost-per-lead and conversion rates to be monitored and optimized over time. Landing-page and ad performance metrics (CTR, opt-ins, booked calls, etc.) to be reviewed weekly. Ongoing testing of new creatives and audiences to drive consistent improvement. 4. Expectations & Communication Kick-off call: one-time session to align on audience, messaging, and funnel map. Weekly 30-minute review call to discuss performance and next steps. Open communication via email or messaging for quick adjustments and feedback. 5. Compensation Compensation is open for discussion. We’re flexible on hourly, retainer-based, performance-based, or hybrid arrangements. Please propose your preferred structure and typical range. 6. First-30-Day Deliverables Week 1: Present funnel mock-up and ad-creative plan for approval. Week 2: Launch first live funnel connected to CRM and tracking.
