Applies extensive, in-depth knowledge, skills, and practices to perform complex assignments. Job Description What is the opportunity? We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. This role involves leading the development and support of a sophisticated application with both front-end and back-end components. The application is designed to perform operations on Windows-desktops and provide REST API services for automation, including batch processes. What will you do? Lead the development and support of the application, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Develop new automation functions for Windows OS. Address identified security vulnerabilities and implement secure coding practices. Provide product support and ensure system reliability. Mentor junior developers, fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and scalability. What do you need to succeed? Must-have Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with 5+ years of experience in C# (.NET Core, ASP.NET, Async, Multi-threading). Strong expertise in Node.js development, including REST API services. Experience with Vue.js and vuetify frameworks. Experience in windows desktop application development. Solid knowledge of MSSQL and database optimization. Proven ability to address security vulnerabilities and implement secure coding techniques. Experience in mentoring and leading junior developers. Nice to have Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions. Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, OCP4). Exposure to monitoring and logging tools like Dynatrace and Kibana. Understanding of batch processing and event-driven architecture. Familiarity with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) is a plus. What’s in it for you?
